QuoteBuilder provides software tools to create and manage quotes and related business information. The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information and to keep it updated.
You will not use the Service for unlawful purposes; attempt to access data not belonging to you; interfere with the Service; or reverse engineer, abuse, or misuse the Service.
You are solely responsible for the content, accuracy, and use of quotes and related data you create, store, send, or export using the Service (including pricing, taxes, fees, and compliance-related terms). QuoteBuilder does not verify the accuracy or legality of quotes, and is not responsible for pricing errors, lost sales, customer disputes, chargebacks, or business decisions made using the Service.
Certain features require a paid subscription. Subscription fees are billed in advance. Unless required by law, fees are non-refundable. Downgrades or cancellations generally take effect at the end of the current billing period. We may change pricing or plans with reasonable notice.
We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or misuse the Service. You may stop using the Service at any time.
The Service (including software, design, and content) is owned by QuoteBuilder and protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service in accordance with these Terms.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, QuoteBuilder will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or business damages (including lost profits, lost revenue, or loss of data). In no event will QuoteBuilder’s total liability exceed the amount paid by you to QuoteBuilder for the Service in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which QuoteBuilder operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
